Whether managing individuals, team projects, or both I follow a model that centers around people’s strengths. My goal is to set my team up for success by learning about their individual strengths and then positioning them accordingly. I believe in positive encouragement and credit where credit is due.

Direct reports can expect specific project goals, details, timelines, expected form of deliverables described in person then in writing. Once the assignment has been initiated I then provide guidance, alignments, and follow-up relative to how proactive, motivated and skilled those involved may be.
