Protected: Enterprise Platform UX Prototype

User experience proposal for an Enterprise Platform solution.

Process started with a number of stakeholder and user interviews to understand their world, daily work needs, pain points, and wish lists. After group synthesis of interview data I began working conceptually, iteratively back and forth with stakeholders to further understanding and direction with feedback.

I offered a dashboard design concept that incorporated a "wall" to assist users communicate, share objects, and negotiate approvals. This project also exemplifies my style of visual design.

I conducted contextual inquiries (approximately 9 participants) to gather user intel around user daily tasks, environments, systems used, pain points, and user needs (from observation); this intel furthered the design.

This design is now the foundation for many applications which will roll up into the platform and is in development.
